How do I purchase your products?
For Catering Orders you MUST Be a registered customer. To register you can go to the Dannys Pastries Website and upon placing your first order fill in your details including your phone number and email address. This opens up your Dannys Pastries registration. From then on you can order online any time you like. Voila you are now a registered customer and we will send you email updates so you are in the loop.
What is your Facebook Page?

How can I join your SMS VIP GROUP?
Do you deliver?
Yes, if you live within 5km of Oakleigh, we deliver every Tuesday to Saturday.
We also deliver up to 20km of Oakleigh and have specific delivery areas between Tuesday and Friday. We post our next day delivery areas on our FB page or message us for info on the next Delivery in our suburb.

if you live outside the 20km delivery area then please call us or message us on our Facebook page and we will inform you of which day we will be next in your area. We are currently scheduling orders in “some” areas past 20km once or twice a month. Once confirmed you can then place your order via our online store.

Our Family/Friends are self isolating, Can we order for them and get you to deliver?
Definetely. Many children have been ordering for their parents who are in isolation and they cannot visit. We will take all safety precautions as answered in the safety questions below. All you need to do is place the order under your name and number with their address. Upon receiving your confirmation phone call or text let us know who it is that we are delivering to and give us any specific instructions you would like us to adhere to above what we are doing already
Can I pick up from your factory in Oakleigh?

Choose your products, Click the “CLICK HERE FOR BOOKING YOUR STORE PICKUP” Button and fill out date and time of pickup then proceed to Checkout
We have just changed our trading hours to service the community during this difficult time.
We are Opening for Pick Ups by booking only from 10am til 5pm Tuesday - Saturday. Pickups are by order only and preferably online. If you arrive and the Roller Door is closed please call the office number on 95698797 and someone will attend to you.
** Please note we are a Wholesale Manufacturing and Catering Business. We do not sell to the public or people walking in off the street. You must be a registered customer
What are you doing to ensure my safety upon pick up during this difficult time?
As a food manufacturing business we take health and hygiene very seriously on a day to day basis.
During this challenging time we have had to make some changes to how we take orders and receive payments . According to health advice we request that your orders are placed online. This ensures minimal contact between our staff and yourself when picking up or receiving a delivery.
if you select to pick up then you are asked to call us once you arrive on 95698797. We will pack your order and deliver it to you outside our front door. Your order is packed wearing gloves, put in a brand new reusable bag and you are ready to go and enjoy your goodies.
Please note if you are feeling unwell, ensure you order online. stay in your vehicle and we will deliver your products to you in your car. Just let us know and we will meet you there.
If you need to arrange payment then we will invite you into the office for no more than 2 minutes and request that you put on sanitiser and gloves provided to you. You can then dispose of your gloves in the bin provided outside the premises.
We might call you to confirm your pick up time to ensure social distancing and the 1 person per 4 square meter rule. If we need to scatter pick ups or change your pick up time we will let you know an hour before your booked time.
We ask you for patience if we are finishing off with the last customer and will be at your attention quickly and promptly.
What about safety and deliveries?
if you have paid for and selected home delivery within 20km of Oakleigh, we will send you a notification 60 to 90 minutes before your delivery will arrive.
Your delivery driver will ring your door bell wearing a mask and fresh gloves between every customer. Once you acknowledge that they are there , they will deliver your products on your door step and wave goodbye.
How do I purchase Wholesale?
To purchase wholesale from us you must be a registered business and provide us with an ABN.
Can I visit your showroom?
We are currently limiting access to our premises to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We recommend that you check out our products on our website and purchase the minimum requirement to try. You can purchase some of our biscuits and cakes in a mixed box. How big are the Savoury Pastries?
Our Spanakopita and Tiropita comes in a 16inch Family Sized Pizza Box and comes in 4 long individual pieces - we call these “STRIPS”

You can also order our family Sized Spanakopita and Tiropita. Just go to “Savoury Pastries” on our page and choose your selection.
Do you make VEGAN PITTA?
Yes we do. Our vegan pitta is made with a mixture of spinach and onion and in season vegetables. Just go to “Savoury Pastries” on our page and choose your selection.
How Long do the Savoury Pastries Last?
They come cooked and ready to eat. Will last 4 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen for 4 months.
How do I heat up Savoury Pastries?
These are great cold or eaten at room temperature.
To heat them up. Pop them in an oven tray for approx 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Or if you don’t have an oven, microwave for 45 sec-1min or toast them in a grill (hint: this makes them nice and crispy).
If frozen, defrost for an hour and pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
How do I serve Savoury Pastries to my family?
Great question, they are great on their own!
However a healthy side salad 🥗 and some dips on the side make a great dinner meal. 🍽
How long do your cakes last?
Yo yo’s, Cannolli and Galaktoboureko are all made with fresh milk custard. It is recommended that you eat them within 3 days of purchasing .
Baklava and Kataifi last up to 2 weeks.
How long do your biscuits last?
Our biscuits last up to 2 months and do not have any preservatives added to them.
Coconut Macaroons and Almond Macaroons are Gluten Free and do not have any dairy or flour in them. These are therefore more like a cake in their nature so it is best that you keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months and once thawed they are best eaten within 2 days.
